“From the moment I sat down in my first interview, I knew this was going to be an environment where I could grow. I was just out of college and didn’t know exactly what direction I wanted to go in, but knew that my career was somewhere in advertising. SEO was something new to the industry that wasn’t exactly a “major” you went to school for, but I heard about it briefly in a class I took and that opened the doors for me at IMA.

After 2 years, I can’t even believe how much IMA has molded me into the professional I am today. Looking back on my past responsibilities and how much my position has shifted throughout the years is mind blowing. Tom and the managers really allowed me to create my own career path and do what I love to do every day—even when I didn’t really know what that was.

Since I started, our company has grown a lot, and I love being a part of that process and helping us be the best agency we can be. My manager (John), the founder of the company (Tom), and the President/Owner (Tina) have always gone the extra step to ensure I’m doing what I love. And really, what more can you ask for?
